way, from negotiation of the terms of the agreement and contract preparation

You need your rights protected by someone who will represent your interests
and your interests alone. Using a Real Estate Broker as your sole
representation is not always sufficient. It should be noted that the Real
Estate Broker is being paid by commission and therefore is only paid if the
transaction goes through.
